About This Role
The Registered Nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families. This role is ideal for new graduates looking to develop their nursing skills in a supportive environment.

- Assess human responses and plan nursing care for patients.
- Implement and evaluate nursing care based on individual needs.
- Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
- Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
- Supervise and evaluate assigned LPN scope of practice as appropriate.
- Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
- Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
- Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care.
- Promote compassionate communication that is patient and family-centered.
Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required.
Licenses & Certifications- CPR certification required.
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate required.
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.
