Registered Nurse - 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Registered Nurse
- Rehabilitation Center. This will be full time. Pay Rate: $47.00 an hour paid weekly

Shifts Available:
Full Time – 5x8 hour shifts per week, includes every other weekend – can choose which shift is preferred – times listed below

• 6:45am-3:15pm (1st shift)
• 3pm-11pm (2nd shift)
• 11pm-7am (3rd shift)

Benefits: available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Complete nursing assessments, monitor changes in condition, and update care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely according to physician orders.
• Perform wound care, IV care, and other skilled nursing procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery goals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and care needs.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Communicate changes in patient status and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants while maintaining quality and safety standards.
