Job Summary:

The Geisinger Skilled Nursing Program is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center in Coal Township, PA.

• Attractive schedule
  - Monday
  - Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm
• Rotating call schedule
• No weekend hours
• $10k recruitment incentive
• Continuing Medical Education – 10 days and $3,000 annually
• Six paid holidays
• Paid Time Off - 23 days

• Review reports
• Communicate with SNF staff for patient needs
• Treat patients for acute needs, admissions, discharges, etc.
• Manage extremely complex patients, see every day or at least once a week
• Approximately 12 patients a day
• Length of time per patient and number of patients is per need

• Education: Master's Degree-Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Certification(s) and License(s): Basic Life Support Certification
  - Default Issuing Body Default Issuing Body, Certified Nurse Practitioner
  - American Academy of Nurse Practitioners American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) -  of  of Pennsylvania
• Skills: Care Management Knowledge, Clinical Policies And Standards, Health Information Documentation, Patient Assessment And Care, Patient Safety, Patients Rights
