American Traveler is hiring a Level III NICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring 2+ years of NICU experience and NRP certification.

• Level III NICU setting caring for neonates 22+ weeks gestational age
• No surgical or ECMO cases performed on the unit
• 1:3 patient ratio
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-07:00)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• May float to Bryn Mawr Campus
• Epic EMR used for charting

• Active RN license (PA or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and NRP
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred
• Skilled in IV therapy, UAC/UVC management, and neonatal dosage calculations
• Experience with ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP) and oxygen delivery systems
• Experience with neonatal sepsis identification and sepsis work-up

• Care for a range of neonatal patients including those under 28 weeks and those over 34 weeks gestational age
• Attend high-risk deliveries as part of unit responsibilities
• Navy blue scrubs required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• RTO requests subject to manager's discretion
• Local candidates accepted at a different pay differential
• Candidates residing within 75 miles are considered local
• Candidates with prior work history at any Main Line location must disclose location and dates worked
• Non-billable orientation modules (~4 hours) completed prior to start
