Position OverviewA working supervisor who performs the duties of medical technical staff and supervises and schedules the department’s staff. The role expedites care efficiency, maintains patient care standards, leads by example, and upholds company policies and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain processes for effective medical record keeping and billing.
- Collect and process work charts.
- Assist with entering in‑patient charges and/or procedures performed in the billing system.
- Ensure invoices are sent monthly and as requested by clients and doctors.
- Process payments and monthly statements.
- Resolve escalated financial problems with clients, collect delinquent accounts and “NSF” checks, and determine appropriate financial agreements.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on accounts receivable.
- Prepare, print, and mail invoice or statement copies for customers as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be dependable and punctual.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Veterinary Technician credentialing or at least 5 years of supervisory/technical experience.
- High level of competence in the complete range of veterinary technician skills.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Customer service skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Supervisory skills, including performance management, feedback, and communication.

Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
