Schedule and route personnel and equipment to accomplish daily work;
Develop annual maintenance and capital budgets; plan long-range maintenance projects;
Keep accurate records of maintenance procedures, including pesticide applications;
Communicate regularly with pro shop staff to align activities with goals and guest expectations
