With a valid PA Pesticide license, you'll collaborate with our team, maintain detailed records, and ensure sustainable care practices. • Conducting plant health assessments and diagnosing issues.
• Implementing targeted treatments to address pest, disease, and nutrient-related problems.
• Collaborating with our expert team to ensure the best care practices are upheld.
• Keeping up‑to‑date records and communicating observations with clients.

• A valid PA Pesticide license is required.
• Strong knowledge of many plant species, diseases, and pests.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• A passion for environmentally conscious and sustainable integrated pest management (IPM).
• ISA Certified Arborist Preferred.
