Lawn Crew Leader

COMPENSATION:
If hired, the position begins with $15.00 an hour for entry level. Pay is bi‑weekly. We expect respect, punctuality, and professionalism toward our clients and each other. Uniforms (t‑shirts) will be supplied and must be worn to the company’s standards.

Required experience:

3 years in landscaping or 1 year as a crew leader.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer, and to travel to work using reliable transportation.
• Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, and edgers.
• Excellent personal hygiene, good manners, and a professional appearance.
• Willingness to work long hours during peak periods (often 7 AM to 6 PM);
  Saturday work may be required.
• Proficiency with a provided tablet for logging job completion details and following daily job lists.

Turf LC is a landscape maintenance company operating in the Delaware County area. We provide services throughout all four seasons, allowing customers to rely on a single company for their property needs. The position is full time (40 or more hours per week, Monday through Friday) with occasional Saturday availability during peak seasons or weather‑related setbacks.
