LANDSCAPE LABORER

We are looking for individuals with a passion for landscaping, operating equipment, working outdoors, and a keen eye for detail. Must have a Driver’s License or Photo .

Doyle & McDonnell, Inc. is seeking Skilled Landscape Laborers to join our team in Berwyn, PA. This Main Line company provides a wide range of landscape services. Your role will be vital in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes for our clients.

You will experience the thrill of completing landscape projects from start to finish, taking pride in the finished product.

Pay Range: Starting at $17+ per hour, commensurate with experience and license/.

Monday – Friday, 6:45 am – 3:15 pm (start early but end early). Optional Saturdays.

• Work with team members on your crew to complete projects.
• Perform a variety of landscaping duties such as planting, edging, mulching, pruning, seasonal décor, low voltage lighting, mowing maintenance, seeding, sodding, grading, and receive skilled on-the-job training.
• Operate and work with a variety of mechanical equipment.
• Drive and operate pickup trucks, dump trucks, and chipper.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

• Prior experience in landscaping or a related field and working in teams.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions within reason.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license or photo identification and reliable transportation.
