Location: West Lawn
National Veterinary Associates offers an externship at one of its hospitals in West Lawn, PA. Students will work closely with supervising Associate Veterinarians to gain hands-on clinical experience, including history taking, exams, treatment planning, diagnostics, dentistry, and possibly surgery.
Externships are two to eight weeks, with encouragement for all veterinary students to participate. A travel/living expense stipend is available for students in the clinical portion of their education.
