Veterinary Emergency Technician — Hickory Veterinary and Specialty Hospital

Plymouth Meeting, PA | Full-Time
- Starting at $21/hr.

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus + $2,000 Retention Bonus

Schedule

• Thursday-Saturday: 2pm-2am – Additional Shift Differential
• Wednesday-Saturday: 4pm-2am– Additional Shift Differential
• Sunday
  - Wednesday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  - Additional $4 shift differentia
• 4 - 10hr shifts ranging from: 6am-9pm

Some weekend availability needed.

What You'll Do

• Triage and treat emergency patients: fluids, meds, and life‑saving interventions
• Partner with ER vets on treatment plans for acute, complex cases
• Support pet parents with clear, compassionate communication
• Keep the workspace ready for fast action

What You Bring

• ER or ICU experience; calm and efficient under pressure
• Strong clinical skills: IV placement, venipuncture, lab processing, anesthesia
• A collaborative mindset and passion for learning
