Med Vet is seeking a diligent Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for clients. You will greet clients, manage data, discuss payments, and guide pets to exam rooms, maintaining a compassionate, professional demeanor in a fast-paced veterinary setting.
Strong communication, multitasking, and data-entry skills are essential. Prior veterinary experience is a plus; weekend/evening hours may be required as part of our schedule.
