Laboratory Technical Operations Role
The West Point Technical Operations Process Support Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their laboratory team supporting multi-product vaccine manufacturing processes. This role will be a laboratory-based role collaborating with Operations, Quality, and other support groups to meet targeted manufacturing and product projects, including product/process investigation, continuous improvement changes, and strategic product/process initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
- Functioning as a key member of the technical operations lab team through executing lab-scale process optimization and investigation support.
- Functioning as a key team member to collaborate with manufacturing teams to support facility activities and to support area objectives.
- Participating in technical support activities for licensed vaccines.
- Executing assignments against accelerated, critical-path timelines in a right-first-time manner.
Education Minimum Requirement:
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or comparable discipline.
Preferred
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience within lab, pilot-scale, or manufacturing environment Experience with processing of pharmaceuticals and large molecule (vaccine or biologics)
- Working knowledge of cGMPs
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Chemical safety experience

Salary range for this role is $71,900.00 - $. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
