Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Pharmaceutical Science/ Research
Role:
Digital Product Owner for Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) at Johnson & Johnson, leading the strategy, implementation, and lifecycle management of laboratory chromatography data platforms such as Empower, Open Lab CDS, and Chromeleon.
Responsibilities:define future state solutions aligned with business value, ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity during system upgrades and validations, manage stakeholder engagement, oversee data lifecycle adhering to FAIR principles, collaborate with scientific and technical teams, manage vendor relationships, troubleshoot issues, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharma, or related sciences; minimum 5 years in pharma/biotech industries with hands-on experience supporting laboratory systems; deep understanding of GMP, GAMP, SDLC, and digital data principles; familiarity with Empower, Open Lab CDS, or Chromeleon preferred.
Skills:strong passion for digital innovation, excellent communication, strategic and cross-functional leadership, problem-solving, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
High-value:focus on laboratory digitalization within pharma R&D, supporting process development and clinical manufacturing, with limited travel required.
Work setup:based in Malvern or Spring House, PA, with a focus on global collaboration.
