- Publish monthly QC productivity metrics reports for all labs.
- Identify improvement levers for QC productivity and develop action plans to address them, reporting progress regularly.
- Manage projects and track the deployment of new technology in QC.
- Hands‑on experience in operations, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel/Minitab.
- Proven track record of executing high-value projects.
