CSI is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our Quality Assurance team. All candidates must successfully pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms background check and are subject to pre-employment and random drug screenings.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment
- Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of test equipment and test programs
- Conduct product testing, including in the presence of domestic and foreign officials
- Review and approve x-rays (training provided)
- Ensure finished products consistently meet company and customer standards
- Identify and help resolve critical production and quality issues
- Perform mechanical tasks as needed
- Uphold a high standard of product excellence
- Work overtime with little or no advance notice
- Support production operations and adapt to changing priorities
- Manage multiple tasks effectively
- Test products and generate daily QA documentation
- Experience with statistical data collection tools
- Calibration management knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Proficiency with basic metrology tools
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
