CSI is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our Quality Assurance team. All candidates must successfully pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms background check and are subject to pre-employment and random drug screenings.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment
• Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of test equipment and test programs
• Conduct product testing, including in the presence of domestic and foreign officials
• Review and approve x-rays (training provided)
• Ensure finished products consistently meet company and customer standards
• Identify and help resolve critical production and quality issues
• Perform mechanical tasks as needed
• Uphold a high standard of product excellence
• Work overtime with little or no advance notice
• Support production operations and adapt to changing priorities
• Manage multiple tasks effectively
• Test products and generate daily QA documentation

• Experience with statistical data collection tools
• Calibration management knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Proficiency with basic metrology tools
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
