Position:Quality Product Specialist
Location:
Smithfield, PA. Focus on inspection, assembly and repair of electronic systems.
Verifies basic product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies and procedures. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies using non-conformance system. Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance. Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification. Reviews rework dispositions.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)- 2+ years of experience in knowledge of electrical systems, wire harness assemblies, connectors, and electronic component testing.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- 2+ years of proficiency in using tools like calipers, micrometers, and specialized electrical test equipment.
- 2+ years of experience identifying electrical anomalies, solder defects, conformal coating issues, or wire harness damage.
- 2+ years of ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Expertise in soldering and wire harness standards, such as IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001 (soldering), and IPC-A-620 (wire harness).
- 2+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of experience understanding of conforming and non-conforming parts tagging and control requirements.

Pay & BenefitsCompetitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $41,650 - $56,350
