JBS Foods - - Responsibilities:
Monitor SOP's, SSOP's and GMP compliance of associates;
Perform HACCP procedures to comply with federal regulations;
Perform Pre-shipment inspection on product and trailers and assist with label scanning/printing;
Maintain contact with USDA and present records when requested;
Review records for accuracy and assist in data gathering and investigations;
Monitor the implementation of food safety and quality procedures on the floor and report deficiencies;
Work in a cold/freezing environment for extended periods
