Quality Control Analyst - Chemistry

Our client, a leading organization in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst - Chemistry to join their team. As a Quality Control Analyst - Chemistry, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Drug Product testing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

Shift: AM - 07:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on intermediates, in-process products, and finished pharmaceutical preparations following prescribed procedures.
• Utilize advanced laboratory instrumentation such as HPLC, spectrophotometers, viscometers, and other analytical tools.
• Maintain detailed records of analysis data and ensure proper documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
• Evaluate analytical data, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with supervisors for troubleshooting and additional testing if needed.
• Support investigations into non-compliance issues and assist in troubleshooting instrumentation malfunctions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific field.
• At least 1 year of laboratory experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of analytical chemistry, statistical data processing, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation such as HPLC, UV, GC, IR, and AA is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
