Bell & Evans is seeking a QA Lead to oversee the Quality Assurance Technicians in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role involves enhancing skills of team members while ensuring stringent quality and food safety standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a quality assurance role or a relevant college degree, alongside strong leadership capabilities. Effective communication skills are necessary, and bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
