- Lead and inspire the QA team, including QA Associates, Analysts, and Compliance staff.
- Ensure full compliance with cGMP regulations (21 CFR 210 & 211) and ISO 22716.
- Oversee critical quality systems such as change control, deviations & CAPAs, customer complaints, and SOP management.
- Plan and execute internal audits, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Serve as a key contact for external regulatory and customer audits.
- Manage programs for environmental monitoring and equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Calibrate and maintain USP water systems and facility controls.
- Keep product and facility registrations current with FDA and state requirements.
- Partner cross‑functionally to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
- A degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, etc.) with relevant industry experience.
- Experience:
Bachelor’s – 3 to 5 years;
Associate’s – 5 to 7 years;
High School – 7+ years. - Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and quality systems tools.

- Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong focus and attention to detail in a structured environment.
