We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Technician to join our team and ensure our concrete meets industry standards and customer specifications.

- Perform routine testing of concrete, aggregates, and raw materials to ensure compliance with ASTM, ACI, and company standards.
- Monitor and adjust mix designs based on test results and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, inspections, and adjustments.
- Conduct on-site sampling and testing at job sites as needed.
- Collaborate with plant operators and dispatch to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained.
- Assist in troubleshooting material or mix inconsistencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate degree in Construction Materials or related field preferred. - Must have valid ACI certification.
- Certified PennDOT Technician recommended.
- Knowledge of concrete properties, mix design, and testing procedures.
- Familiarity with ASTM and ACI standards.
- Ability to work in outdoor and plant environments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must have correctable vision with reasonably good night vision;
Must be able to lift and carry 50 to 100 lbs. occasionally and/or 25 to 50 lbs. frequently and/or 10 to 20 lbs. constantly to move objects;
Requires manual dexterity and ability to bend, twist, turn, stretch, squat, kneel, sit and stand for extended periods;
Must be able to work in elevated, enclosed and sometimes hazardous areas in changing weather conditions.
