Dart Container is seeking a Lead Quality Control Technician to be the on‑floor quality leader in a fast‑paced production environment. You’ll spend most of your time in action, guiding teams, upholding quality standards, and driving operational excellence.
You will partner with supervisors to monitor KPIs across safety, quality, production and efficiency; conduct inspections, analyze data, and support audits and continuous improvement efforts to ensure GMP compliance and reliable product quality.
