Supplier Quality Technician

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Engineering team in Marysville - United States. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Supplier Quality Technician. Your main responsibilities:

• Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) by verifying product labeling, packaging, accessories, device identification, and kit contents according to established inspection criteria.
• Conduct label scanning, content verification, and quality checks for replacement‑part kits to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Coordinate with Test Engineering teams to collect, validate, and integrate device testing data into formal inspection reports.
• Compile complete FAI documentation packages, including test results, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and supporting quality records.
• Upload and maintain inspection documentation within SAP and the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring accurate and timely engineering approvals.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing large volumes of inspection activities and producing audit‑ready documentation in accordance with quality standards.

• 5–8 years of experience as a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or Supplier Quality professional in a manufacturing environment; experience in medical devices or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of First Article Inspection (FAI) processes, document control, quality records, and audit‑ready documentation practices.
• Experience using SAP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and electronic documentation workflows for quality and compliance activities.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately follow detailed inspection procedures, verify product labeling and packaging, and manage high‑volume quality documentation.
• Familiarity with Certificates of Conformance (CoC), quality inspections, and collaboration with engineering and testing teams to support product validation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
