QA Lead, Quality Assurance - QA​/QC, IT QA Tester ​/ Automation

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead with a strong background in software quality assurance and testing. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions, leveraging their expertise in various testing methodologies and tools.

• 8–10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing
• 3 years of experience leading QA teams in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Test Planning & Test Strategy, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience with Client technology stack including Dev Ops, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, and SQL Server
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and experience using Selenium, Playwright, Leapwork, Test Plans, Postman, and REST API Testing
• Experience with CI/CD and Dev Ops testing practices
• Strong SQL and data validation skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

• Experience with Quality Management for Delivery
• Additional certifications in quality assurance or testing
