  • Lead technical reviews including PFMEA, control plans, process audits, and first article readiness
  • Conduct supplier capacity assessments and on-site evaluations
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for manufacturing nonconformances
  • Coordinate supplier readiness for inspections, audits, and regulatory/customer visits
  • Support nonconformance dispositioning and resolution activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, sourcing, and program teams
  • Share best practices across internal and supplier organizations
  • Travel up to 50% (domestic and/or international)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
  • Experience with procedures, work instructions, and design documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to manufacturing tolerances and deviations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with military or nuclear quality standards
Additional Requirements
