I’m working with a fast-growing federal general contractor hiring a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead quality on complex healthcare and mission-critical construction projects. This is an opportunity for an experienced federal QC professional to have real authority and ownership over project quality—not simply check boxes.

• Develop and administer the Project Quality Control Plan
• Lead the Three Phases of Quality Control:
  Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up
• Coordinate inspections, testing agencies, and owner inspections
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, submittals, RFIs, mockups, and commissioning documentation
• Ensure construction complies with contract documents, plans, specifications, and federal requirements
• Work directly with owners, designers, subcontractors, and project leadership
• Mentor field teams and help drive a culture of quality and accountability

• 5+ years managing QC on federal construction projects
• Demonstrated experience with the Three Phases of Quality Control
• Healthcare, hospital, or other mission-critical construction experience
• Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office experience
• Strong understanding of construction materials, means, methods, and building systems
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as project requirements dictate
