QA Coordinator – Temporary Position
Location:
Telford, PA
Salary: $27/hour
OverviewJoin a dynamic Quality Assurance team as a QA Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and regulatory compliance. In this temporary on-site role, you will support key quality activities, coordinate shipping and trade compliance processes, and help manage customer warranty complaints—all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Required Skills- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of quality documentation, records, and reports
- Experience with ERP systems, quality management systems, or other business software
- Familiarity with Trade Compliance, shipping documentation, warranty claims, or customer complaints
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting
Education and Experience
- Associates degree or technical certification in a related field; comparable experience acceptable
- 2+ years of proven experience in a medical device or regulated manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of US FDA’s Quality System and Medical Device Reporting (MDR) regulations (strongly preferred)
- Must be a US Person under export law (e.g., born in the US, US territory, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual status)
