Quality Control Inspector

Our client, a leader in quality assurance and manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be an essential part of the quality assurance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Shift:
** Days (16:00-18:00)

** What's the Job?*
* + Complete inspections of materials and maintain quality records, including receiving files and non-conforming material reports.

+ Maintain the receiving area in a neat and organized manner, ensuring efficient workflow.

+ Check and unload incoming shipments, inspecting goods to verify quality and compliance.

+ Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and keep detailed records of findings.

+ Examine incoming shipments, record shortages, reject damaged items, and identify non-conforming materials.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.

+ At least one year of experience in mechanical inspections, preferably in an FDA or ISO regulated environment.

+ Basic knowledge of inspection and sampling techniques, familiarity with ANSI/ASQ Z1.4.

+ Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.

+ Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
