Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Pay: $60,000/yr+

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and environmental monitoring; document findings and recommend corrective actions
- Lead safety training and new hire orientations, promoting awareness of EHS policies and procedures
- Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures
- Maintain EHS documentation, including reports, compliance records, and safety data sheets (SDS)
- Collaborate with leadership and safety committees to address concerns, improve processes, and ensure adherence to safety standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of environmental health and safety experience
- Working knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and environmental compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
