OVERVIEWJob Duties & Responsibilities
MANAGE REC LIFECYCLE
Ownership of the lifecycle of Real Estate Committee Meeting and Trip packages by setting timing expectations, interface with Executives and Executive AA's and various other departments that contribute to these packages, being the last stop before distribution of executive materials.
Relays and organizes information among pertinent team members during materials production.
Manages deadlines for all Executive level materials.
Gain a familiarity with demands of REC agendas assists all stakeholders in achieving common goal.
Manage and run Pre-REC meeting.
Work with Real Estate Lease Administration on tracking all Notice dates for the company's store leases, which leads to the lease renewal process.
Manage the preparation and execution of materials for Real Estate Committee meetings and site tours distributed to executive leadership, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across contributing teams.
Own timelines, deadlines, and meeting coordination for REC deliverables; serve as central point of communication across cross-functional stakeholders.
Support Real Estate Deal Makers in preparing projects for site tours and committee review.
Manage all special and ad hoc projects pertaining to Real Estate Committee and overall Real Estate Department.
Has ownership of many resource documents, accountable for a large amount of tracking materials that assist the Real Estate Directors, Real Estate Market Research, Legal, Lease Administration and overall Real Estate Department.
Gather and prepare all materials for Real Estate Portfolio Reviews.
Work directly with the Real Estate Chief of Staff in order to provide organization to processes.
Responsible for weekly communications to a wide distribution detailing site status and expectations; assign store numbers; publish REC results and organize approved sites in ESRI and necessary programs for company wide visibility.
Create and organize the necessary documents for all Real Estate Landlord Portfolio Reviews.
Develop presentation decks for landlord store portfolios to support review meetings, collaborating cross functionally to provide comprehensive and accurate information.
Maintain Real Estate tracking documents including the Real Estate Dashboard and store number assignments, as well as ad hoc requests from Deal Makers. OR Owned and distributed the Real Estate Dashboard used for portfolio tracking, scheduling, and committee planning.
Responsible for entering all pertinent Real Estate information into Oracle Primavera and Procore.
(These programs are essential in order to accurately relay important information across the company as a whole. Primavera is the management of schedules and processes for all projects that are occurring at any given time covering several years in advance of starting. Procore is essential in housing all the relative information needed for the Construction Department, including electronic filing of pertinent documents, providing general information needed for the effective execution of each construction project).
VALUECHAIN
Organize all sites considered for a Value Chain locations, set up virtual store walks and become the representative of the Real Estate team for these concepts.
Works with Real Estate Deal Maker on site lifecycle, which includes package production for executive consideration.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management
1 - 3 Years of experience in Project Management

This role requires a large amount of detail and organization. This individual must be able to seek and gather necessary information from many different sources in order to execute materials that will be for Executive level use. The ability to pivot at moment's notice and prepare information/materials within a short period of time. Communication skills are imperative in order to be effective.
