As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll drive leasing performance and create a community residents love through engaging tours, strong relationships, and exceptional service. You’ll partner closely with Property Management to increase occupancy, convert leads, and enhance the resident experience.
What Success Looks Like- Achieve and exceed leasing and occupancy goals
- Maintain strong lead-to-lease conversion ratios
- Respond to all leads within company response time standards
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality tour experience
- Maintain accurate and compliant leasing documentation
- Deliver engaging, high-energy tours that convert prospects to residents
- Execute marketing initiatives including social media, outreach, partnerships, and resident events
- Respond promptly to all inquiries with accurate pricing and availability
- Guide prospects through the full leasing process from initial contact through move-in
- Process applications and screenings in coordination with third-party vendors
- Prepare and review leases for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate move-ins and conduct new resident orientations
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems (traffic, availability, leasing activity)
- Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions
- Collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure units are move-in ready
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and strategy
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of Entrata property management software and Microsoft Office Suite a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team, prospects and residents
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend availability as needed
