We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Property Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This role requires a highly organized and experienced professional with a strong background in property management, contract negotiation, facilities management, building maintenance, strategic planning, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and profitable.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and tenants, ensuring that all terms are met and that all parties are satisfied.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for property management, including budgeting, maintenance planning, and tenant relations.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work on properties, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, promptly addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Work closely with other members of our team, including construction managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure that our properties are of the highest quality.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation, facilities management, building maintenance, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with tenants and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and address issues promptly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Relevant professional certifications are also an asset.
