Must Have:- 5+ years of mineral title experience required
- Chain of Title, HBP/Leasehold, Mineral/Royalty Ownership, Curative experience
- Strong computer/excel skills
- AAPL membership and references required
- Contractors must meet guidelines for provided services
- Heirship, Coal, vintage lease analysis experience/title back to 1850s-1920s
