Eureka Multifamily Group is seeking an Affordable Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, and financial performance of the property in Pennsylvania. The role requires extensive knowledge of Section 8, tax credits, and One Site Leasing, with COS and TCS certifications preferred.
You will supervise maintenance and leasing staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with HUD/TC guidelines while delivering excellent resident service and reporting to the Regional Property Manager.
