Senior Scientist – Platform Chemistry

Powered by its automated nGen chemistry platform and a data-driven approach, the company designs macrocycles with oral bioavailability for hard-to-drug targets in inflammation and immune-driven diseases.
About the roleAs a Senior/Principal Scientist in the Platform Chemistry team, you will play a key role in the development and application of the next-generation nCycle platform. You will design and synthesize macrocyclic libraries, work hands‑on with automated synthesis platforms, analyze screening data, and collaborate closely with Platform Chemistry, AI, and computational drug design colleagues.
Key requirements- PhD in chemistry/pharmaceutical science or related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of industry experience in organic and/or peptide synthesis
- Experience with macrocycles, multi-step synthesis, or library synthesis
- Hands‑on experience with analytical techniques and automated synthesis platforms
