Orbis is seeking a VP Platform Chemistry to lead and continuously innovate its automated macrocycle synthesis platform. This role involves defining the strategic direction of the chemistry engine, driving platform innovation, and ensuring world‑class execution across discovery programs while being a key member of the R&D leadership team.
Key requirements- PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- 12+ years of industry experience in macrocycle or complex synthetic chemistry
- Proven experience building automated or high‑throughput synthesis platforms
- Strong understanding of macrocycle chemistry and DMTA‑driven discovery cycles
