• Implement new project ideas (design and execution of studies, analysis of data, presentation of results).
• Collaborate with team members and other groups to advance the projects.
• Keep abreast of new technologies/capabilities relevant to this role and strive to implement them to advance research projects.
• Author data summaries, publications, and presentations.
• Work closely with teams employing bioconjugate chemistry and protein engineering toward the discovery of antibody drug conjugates and related modalities.

• Minimum of a PhD in Biochemistry, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or other related field.
• Experience with display technology (yeast display, phage display, or in vitro display) is required.
• Familiarity with antibody structure and function, experience in antibody engineering and/or antibody drug conjugates preferred.
• Experience with protein biochemistry, protein expression, protein purification, bioconjugation methods, and/or biophysical characterization preferred.
• Experience with biomolecule purification using automated chromatography systems preferred.
• Demonstrated deep intellectual curiosity and creativity, and a track record of achieving research goals.
• Strong ability to design and carry out research independently.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• A solid research record demonstrated by publications and/or presentations.
