Job DescriptionThe candidate will be responsible for designing and executing in vivo studies in the fields of infectious diseases and vaccines. The role will involve small animal handling and work including:
- Designing & implementing animal models of pathogenic infection models in mice and vaccine immunigenicity studies in various animal species.
- Hands‑on execution of in vivo studies involving infection, monitoring viremia, monitoring immune response and tissue collection.
- Proficiency in preparation and dosing of agents via multiple routes of administration (including IM, PO, IP, SC, IN, and IV).
- Evaluation and implementation of novel in vivo techniques and technologies.
- Detailed record keeping of all experimental information in electronic lab notebooks.
