We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Life Sciences Laboratory Technician to join our growing team in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Position Summary

The Laboratory Technician will support research and development activities focused on precision oncology diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, molecular biology, and immunological assays, with a strong commitment to laboratory quality, organization, and scientific rigor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine mammalian cell culture, including cell thawing, expansion, passaging, maintenance, cell counting, viability assessment, cryopreservation, and sterile technique.
  • Conduct immunological and molecular biology assays, including immunofluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, ELISA, and PCR.
  • Prepare reagents, buffers, and laboratory materials.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
  • Assist with laboratory organization, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and quality control. Collaborate with scientists to support research and product development.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, or a related life sciences discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and cell line maintenance.
  • Experience performing immunological assays including immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, ELISA, and PCR.
  • Strong laboratory organization, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
