Position SummaryThe Laboratory Technician will support research and development activities focused on precision oncology diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, molecular biology, and immunological assays, with a strong commitment to laboratory quality, organization, and scientific rigor.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine mammalian cell culture, including cell thawing, expansion, passaging, maintenance, cell counting, viability assessment, cryopreservation, and sterile technique.
- Conduct immunological and molecular biology assays, including immunofluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, ELISA, and PCR.
- Prepare reagents, buffers, and laboratory materials.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Assist with laboratory organization, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and quality control. Collaborate with scientists to support research and product development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, or a related life sciences discipline.
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and cell line maintenance.
- Experience performing immunological assays including immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, ELISA, and PCR.
- Strong laboratory organization, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
