Role:
Senior Scientist, Computational Biology in Oncology Translational Research, focused on analyzing and integrating complex multimodal omics, biomarker, and clinical data to support oncology drug development.
- independently analyze DNA/RNA sequencing, proteomics, single-cell, and spatial transcriptomics data
- identify and validate pharmacodynamic, prognostic, predictive, and resistance biomarkers
- leverage AI, statistical, and machine learning approaches
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings, and contribute to publications
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
- 1-3 years industry experience
- proficiency in R, Python, Unix
- strong oncology translational knowledge
- expertise in statistical and machine learning methods
- peer-reviewed publications
- familiarity with regulatory data standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM)
- deep learning
