Senior Scientist in Multiomics Discovery at Johnson & Johnson, focused on developing mechanistic insights from spatial omics-based phenotypic assays to support immunology, neuroscience, and oncology research.

Responsibilities include designing genetic libraries for CRISPR and reporter systems, developing complex assay platforms such as high-content imaging and MPRA, engineering advanced cellular models including immune cells, organoids, and co-culture systems, and collaborating with computational teams for data analysis. The role emphasizes innovation in assay development, troubleshooting technical challenges, and expanding cellular and genomic methodologies.

PhD in relevant biological sciences, with 3+ years biotech or industry experience or equivalent postdoctoral/academic expertise; proven track record in genetic perturbation, high-impact publications, and complex model systems; expertise in massively parallel genetic screens, assay optimization, and data visualization; excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in R/Python, experience with in vivo screens, histology, pathology, and next-generation sequencing.

The position is based in Spring House, PA, with a focus on advancing spatial omics technologies and cellular screening platforms to enable discovery in complex disease biology.
