Senior leader overseeing Protein Sciences within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine R&D, focusing on antibody discovery and biologics development.
Responsibilities- evaluate therapeutic targets through structural and computational analysis, design and engineer proteins to optimize stability and function, and develop immunogens for hit identification;
- contribute across target assessment, antigen design, and protein engineering domains.
- Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Structural Biology, or related;
- 10+ years' experience in biologics discovery or protein sciences;
- proven leadership in pharma/biotech;
- expertise in antigen design, structural biology, and biologics workflows;
- strong communication and strategic thinking.
- experience in Oncology, Immunology, or Neuroscience;
- people management skills.
- biologics, antibody discovery, computational protein design, structure-guided engineering, target evaluation, and immunogen development;
- global, fast-paced, matrix research environment.
Hybrid in Spring House, PA or Cambridge, MA.
