Overnight Team Member – Starbucks @ Blue Mountain Travel Plaza

Salary: $17/hr + $1.50 shift differential (full-time).

As a team member, you will provide exceptional customer service, prepare and serve high‑quality food, clean and stock the café, and perform various supporting duties to meet the needs of travelers.

• Deliver friendly, positive customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, accurately process payments and follow cash handling policies.
• Follow food‑handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, temperature checks.
• Complete kitchen tasks: prep, thaw, cook, package, wrap, and clean.
• Clean, sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute additional assigned tasks.

• Friendly, enthusiastic communication with staff and customers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with customers.
• Available for a flexible schedule: days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
