• Greet guests warmly and promptly with eye contact and enthusiasm while providing quick and efficient service.
• Handle guests' money transactions quickly and efficiently in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.
• Adhere to established cash control policies and procedures within the Food & Beverage department at Hollywood Casino.
• Apply knowledge of and strict adherence to PLCB and RG standards.
• Use the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Know all daily specials, menu items, and their preparation.
• Handle any guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously.
• Answer guest questions and direct concerns to the appropriate member of management.

• Training will be provided as required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Clear visualization and comprehension of a POS system.
• Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.
