Who you areThe Receiver is responsible for the daily receiving operations which include the receiving of all deliveries, quality control, and commissary storage organization within the guidelines of DOH and HACCP standards set for receiving and food storage. Other responsibilities include maintaining all receiving and waste logs.
What we need from you- Strong Computer Skills (Office, Excel, and Cater Xpert preferred)
- Ability to work morning shift with 7 day availability
- Experience:
1+ years of experience in receiving, and working knowledge of food ingredients - Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the kitchen, including food and beverage areas
- Requires mobility, prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
