Grill Cook

Description

As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled items, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to food safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering delicious and visually appealing dishes.

• Operate and maintain grill equipment, ensuring proper temperature and cleanliness.
• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled menu items
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and maintain the grill area, including utensils, surfaces, and cooking equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries and special requests related to grill-cooked items.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff members on grill station procedures.

• Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Available to work entire season
• Available to work 25-40 hours per week
• Reliable transportation
• Kitchen experience preferred but not required!
• Able to read English
