Dining Services Associate – Villanova or Radnor, PA

Position Type: Staff – Full Time, 12-Months (Year Round) or 9-Month (Summer off) / Part Time (9-Month) (choose shift that fits your availability).

• Friday – Monday 2 pm – 1 am
• Tuesday – Saturday 6 am – 3 pm
• Sunday – Thursday 12 pm – 9 pm
• Sunday – Thursday 4 pm – 1 am
• Tuesday – Saturday 4 pm – 1 am
• Friday – Monday 8 am – 7 pm
• Friday – Monday 3 pm – 2 am
• Sunday and Monday 12 pm – 9 pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 5 pm – 2 am
• Sunday – Thursday 12 pm – 9 pm
• Sunday – Thursday 12:30 pm – 9:30 pm
• Monday/Wednesday 5 pm – 10 pm, Saturday/Sunday 9 am – 6 pm
• Friday – Tuesday 6 am – 11:30 am

• Scrape, clean, sanitize, and replenish dishes, silverware, cups, glasses, pots, pans, etc.; properly store all clean items.
• Operate dish or pot machine; record temperatures and chemical sanitizer levels; load and unload machine.
• Dispose of food waste, trash, sweep and mop floors, empty walk‑in refrigerators; separate recycling.
• Assist in receiving, storing, transporting, and stocking food and non‑food items.
• Assist in transporting supplies, refill beverage machines, serve lines or back‑of‑house prep as needed.
• Work special events and weekends as required; perform additional duties and special projects.

• Perform essential tasks listed in Responsibilities.
• Support team in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety across front and back of house.

• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strict adherence to personal hygiene standards and uniform policies.
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and interact with staff and guests.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Knowledge of food service safety and sanitation (preferred).
• Serv Safe and Allergy Awareness training (preferred).
