• prepare high-quality food for service and set up your cooking station for success
• follow established recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency
• work efficiently in a high-volume, high-energy kitchen
• keep your station clean, organized, and sanitary throughout your shift
• reset and refresh your area after service
• collaborate with teammates to deliver great guest experiences
• support a culture of superior guest service - because every plate counts
• jump in where needed to keep operations running smoothly

• 1 to 2 years of food & beverage experience in a high-volume kitchen (preferred)
• basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices
• strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 40 lbs
• flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
