Prepare hot buffet items according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures;
Grill items to Golden Corral standards;
Maintain the correct temperature of products during cooking, holding, and serving;
Restock and rotate food products using FIFO method;
Ensure hot buffet area and smallwares are clean and maintain sanitation standards
